Danielle Larocca has been appointed Senior Vice President: Human Capital Management at EPI-USE Labs, a developer of software solutions that helps organizations to optimize their SAP systems.
Danielle Larocca was previously the Executive Vice President and Operations/Chief Knowledge Officer at a technology start-up. Prior to that, she was Vice President of HRIS and Compensation at one of the world's largest employers. She has more than 20 years of strategic leadership experience in multinational business, business process reengineering and project and people management.
Danielle is referred to by SAPinsider as the expert on SAP Human Resources Reporting and has authored four best-selling books on SAP Human Resources and Reporting. She is a regular speaker at numerous conferences around the world on topics such as human resources, technology, change management and leadership. She is an official SAP Mentor, a global designation assigned to less than 160 professionals worldwide to serve as influential community participants in the SAP ecosystem. This group is nominated by the community and selected by the SAP Mentors Advisory Board to keep SAP relevant. Danielle also serves as a Technical Editor for the distinguished SAP Professional Journal.
