Our User Group events are growing every year! We welcomed over 620 attendees to our 16 client-focused events this year, held in a wide range of venues around the world including Seattle, Houston, Manchester, Barcelona, Milan, Zeist, Heidelberg, Paris, Johannesburg, Sydney and Canberra.

These events are an excellent opportunity for our clients, partners and guests to interact with other like-minded specialists, share ideas, and find out about new innovations in both SAP and EPI-USE Labs. Since starting six years ago, our User Group events have grown in popularity, with our clients booking dates into their calendars well in advance. They have also extended to spin-off events, such as our Query Manager User Group events hosted by our clients Amey and the BBC.

Popular sessions include clients sharing how their business challenges have been solved using EPI-USE Labs’ solutions. Client and partner presentations this year were from prestigious global organisations including Microsoft, Illumina, Marathon Oil, A.O. Smith, Ballance Agri-Nutrients, AGL, Zag, Evolutio, Soterion, Avon and Somerset Constabulary, Capita, the Isle of Wight council, PostNL, ArcelorMittal and VDT Attorneys.

Themes this year included PRISM Transformation without Re-implementation, Cloud Migration to Azure, the S/4HANA journey, HCM innovations, SAP and SuccessFactors, SAP Data Privacy, Security and Risk Management, Test Data Management, Landscape Transformation and Connecting SAP with Splunk.

Attendee feedback from User Group events has been extremely positive; clients find they not only enjoy the events, but learn from other attendees about how to solve problems, and take invaluable information back to their business.
