EPI-USE Labs User Group events are gaining an excellent reputation as great opportunities for learning and engaging with others who share similar business challenges. These events are held around the globe and are growing in popularity. They're where we share some deeper insights about our products and find out from our customers how they use the products. Importantly, we learn where they can be enhanced and made even better. The latest User Group events were held in Spain, on the 18th, 19th and 20th of May in 3 different locations - Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca - to accommodate the customer cluster regions and to make it easier for users to take part.
The three events were well attended by customers and partners, as well as a few prospective clients. Reports have been very positive and EPI-USE Labs will definitely make this Spanish event part of the annual calendar. From feedback received, 85% of the attendees indicated that they would recommend it to others and 80% of our customers would like to participate as reference customers to share their EPI-USE Labs product experiences with others.
The agenda included a session on Data Sync Manager and the new Cross Sync and Cross Mask features to appear in the next version. It also included a demo of Object Sync (selective copying of objects) for BW and an examination of the new look and feel of Data Sync Manager 5. A strong focus was on HCM reporting and what the new Query Manager will bring to the table.
All the participants shared their experiences at the event. Those who participated were: Cuatrecasas, Hotelbeds, Iberostar, Coty Astor, Acciona, Acciona Trasmediterranea, Banco Sabadell, Ferrovial, Gamesa, Emaya, REE (represented by Indra) and Zurich.
