Well, good morning and welcome to our webinar. My name is María Robinson and I work on the marketing team here at Epius Labs. Today I have my colleague Juan Maledo with me, and we will make a general presentation of the products and services we offer here at Epius Labs. The webinar will last approximately forty-five minutes and we will cover a little bit of all the tools we have here at EPUS Labs, which is the DCM for test data management, our copy manager for payroll reporting, BTP application development services and migration services from AS four Hannah, to SuccessFactors and much more. The lines will be muted for the duration of the entire webinar, but if you have any questions, you can put them in the chat and we will respond to the webinar if we have time or by email after the webinar. Before giving it, before giving the floor to my colleague, I want to make a brief production of who Epius Labs is and what we do, that is, I see some new names in and in here. So, well, Epius Labs has more than 1,700 customers worldwide, we operate in fifty-two countries, and we have a customer renewal rate of ninety-seven. What does this mean? That we work together to solve all the problems they may have in the company at the level of SAP systems. So we created a partnership with our customers. We have a portal called Cliant Central, which is where all our users share information and there is a ticting system to have constant communication with our customers, and we have twenty-four seven global support. We are parties, we are members of Group Elephant, it is a group of companies where we donate one percent of our annual revenue to AirP, which is a non-profit company that helps animals in Africa that are at risk of extinction such as elephants and rhinoceroses, and also helps the population surrounding these animals with very interesting projects. If you want to discover more about these projects, you can go to the ERP punto ngo page and you can discover a little more and what we do in that area. Now I leave the floor to my partner Juanma. Thank you very much for the time you are going to dedicate to us today. And Juanma doesn't like you. Perfect, very good, thank you very much Maria. Okay, well, before I start, I'll also make a brief introduction, my name is Juan Manuel Oledo and I'm currently responsible for HS Global, which is what we manage here at the company of Buse Labs. I have been with the company for more than twelve years, in which I have been practically from the beginning to prepare it or design what are the different immigration and human resources projects that we are now doing at BUSAVE. We'll have a little bit of time for the best part to talk a little bit about them. But we are going to talk or we are going to start with, let's say by talking about the challenges that we, let's say, we help with that we want to help with. Eview Labs is an entrepreneur who started out as a little bit like a start-up, like that of the consultancy firm Eview, and where, little by little, we began to design tools that, in principle, were intended to solve certain aspects or needs that customers had for certain deficiencies that existed in what was the SAP landscape and little by little we have been growing those tools, evolving, continuing what is the development of that I plus D that our partner mentioned in the first slide, and let's say we have already gone, we are increasingly focused on a more global, more transversal approach, no longer covering not only what Lancekit Design is but also other areas, especially for example in everything that has to do with it, for example, in privacy, data security and then also the technological part. So, what we are going to see is that we are introducing some of these solutions in one of these areas and we will therefore discover success stories that we have had, let's say during the deploading of our solutions into different clients. Okay, well, let's start by talking about what the data sync manager suite is, which is perhaps what the star product is. Data sync manager is a set of tools that we currently have in our portfolio and let's just say that it is, as I said, what is the the main tool or solution that we currently have in the market. I don't know that it's not just a single program or a single software, but it's a compendium of multiple tools that we say are designed to help the customer in different cases when it comes to managing data from their SAP environment in their landscape. Going clockwise, we started with the Sister Builder, which is our tool or ShellSync, in the case of SemaSlone S four. Tool that allows us to create a new shell of the system, that is, a copy of the current repository, of its productive environment, and to be able to create with those with the files generated from the tool, so a shell or a base of a new system without what is the client's information or, of course, the client's data, neither transactional nor teacher data, okay? Complementing this tool, going one step further, once we have what is the shadow based on the system, we have our client sync tool, which is the tool for cloning claimants, cloning of of clients. It is a tool that allows you, then, let's say that you create plaintiffs quickly and automatically, because with the possibility of reducing data, that is, not instead of copying what is all the history, but making a copy segregated by time or by company, in one case it is necessary, and of course including, well, all the techniques to, first of all, manage the consistency of the data when copying the data through the time limit, and then also with the possibility of doing, then, all the typical post-processing issue that is it does when the copy is made through other tools. So, with the cliencing copy, well, we can copy data and we can, well, refresh ourselves around non-production with the employee cloning copy tool. And finally, the last tool for cloning what we have in the, let's say, as in this kind of pyramid is ObjectSync, is that ClienSync is a complete copy of the client's data. ObjectSync serves as a functional tool for making selective copies of data between different environments. Copied, for example, from employee data, data from business partners, business partners, customer data, creditors, project data, cost centers, or even transactional data, such as accounting data, accounting documents, financial documents, purchase orders, invoices, etc., and so on, okay? So let's say that the three tools are complementary to each other and let's say that once we have everything that is the what is the part of the copies of data managed. Also with data security, which would be the fourth, the fourth tool, we can also take care of managing the sensitive data that we have in a non-produced environment. As many of us know, when you have an SAP environment or script, SAP, we usually say that you have possibilities over production data, but everything that is sensitive data in non-productive environments is the full responsibility of, in this case, the customer who carries it. So, for this type of quality, pre-production, development environments, where it will be necessary to have quality data to be able to do, well, tests, investigation of incidents, with the data sheet we can analyze or mask such data so that all the excessive data, such as, for example, names, surnames, addresses, bank details, telephone numbers, all that information, well, we can obfuscate, mask it with completely unreal data, in such a way that we obviously remove everything that is data real data from non-production environments, okay? And with that, of course, let's say that we can count on a non-productive environment, much more reliable and without the risk of sensitive data being in an environment, therefore, of less security. Okay, well, that's like saying what the the four pillars are, isn't it? From the one from the Dishing Manager tool. There are more tools within the same solution, but we will be introducing them little by little, but before introducing more tools, let's talk about some places where we have implemented these tools quite successfully. One of the clients we can talk about is a Norwegian company called Accord, Accord Solutions, where thanks to the development or deployment of what our DSM training is, we were able to help them, let's say, to solve one of their biggest challenges when they migrated the root with S four Hana. One of the very important points when going to Hana is to have a landscape because with a let's say with an adequate dimensioning in terms of what non-production environments are. So in order to have a competitive cost for non-productive environments, this is knowable because obviously we don't have the same volume of database that we have, for example, in a production environment, and that is possible or can be easily achieved thanks to the use of the client's tool itself. The customer then counted on us to make a copy or to implement our tool and thanks to this, now let's say that the customer can make copies to the production environment with a reduction of more than eighty percent of the size it currently has in the production environment and of course all this together with the combination of administration tools, with which they become perfect compliers with data production regulations such as the European GDPR. More cases, also one that we are going to expect in this case from a client from Latin America, a Salvadoran customer, ADP trusts, who also, well, uses our tools, the DSM, to do, well, that, the copy of the claimants, approval, masked sensitive data, through, then, with all the with everything with all our services, in which, then, we sit down with them to see exactly what their needs are. And after our consulting service and the use of the solutions provided by Epelius Labs, well, we were able to carry out a demanding and masking refreshment project with the expected results and without too many setbacks. Well, with this it allowed the customer in this case, let's say, to violate the privacy regulations they had both internally and also as a result of the country's legal requirement. Very good, well, we are going to be introducing more tools and that are also intended in this case to the suite and we are therefore going to see more cases where we have implemented these tools. One of the newest components we now have in what is the Letsy Manager suite is the Archive Central component. Although, well, in this case it would be fairer to say that Archive Central, let's say it's a tool, let's say external to the Ladising Manager, but the Ladising Manager serves a very specific purpose when it comes to fulfilling or collaborating with the development of the Arkage Central tool. Arkage Central, to put it in an easy and simple way, is simply a cloud archiving system for the data that you have in environments that no longer, let's say that they have, therefore, any current use and that are not going to be modified. In other words, if you are interested, for example, in decommissioning data or moving data that has historical purposes that are not going to be more relevant in the current production environment, this data can be moved using the DSM and loaded into the arcade in the arcade center. The arcade center is essentially an online repository enabled in the cloud with a web interface, where users can enter and then view historical data from those that have previously existed in the ERP. Employees who have already left the company or, for example, before migrating to S four, for example, can be studied, for example, migrating all that historical information to the Central Arcade before proceeding to the al to the goline of the S four system, okay? And then well, they have functions such as the ease of importing data and it should also be noted that in this case the data that can be loaded into the navigation need not only be from SAP, we can have data in environments other than an ERP, so maybe some integrated system that we already say is not used but that is still good for which you still have the data, well, we can take that data, extract it, help you extract that information and put it in what would be the web interface of Accent and upload them to the cloud, of course saving a cost at a lower cost compared to what could obviously be other modern or existing alternatives for data archiving. Okay, so let's talk a little bit about another success story, Anfield Hospital, in this case a customer from Holland, I'm not mistaken, yes, I'm from Holland in this case, where they were a customer who had an SAP system with more than three years of productive data and well, in this case, we helped this customer to get all that information that they no longer needed within their ERP system but that obviously they still wanted to keep and well, what we did was we took that information and uploaded it to this online repository of Arkide Central. Several users from different departments, each depending on the module that in this case they had to represent or in this case what they were in charge of, well, let's say that they could access the portal as a consultation, so to see and then see and extract information based on what they consider to be that, making it a perfect way to have the data securely and also of course without having to occupy space in the current interns. Very good, well, that's about the Central Archive and we're going to go a little further and we're also going to talk a little bit about everything about the privacy solutions of the DSM. Briefly at the beginning, I did talk a little bit about data secure as a pillar of what the data sync manager and all the data management tools are, but data secure technology in that case is the basis of our entire suite of private data that we have at Epuse Labs. Based on data secure, we have tools to, let's say, complement sensitive data requirements throughout each country and each region, and thanks to data security, well, because we have auxiliary tools such as data disclose, data redact and data retain, so, to take care of a certain requirement for private data that may have a production tone, okay? In that case, perhaps the one of the three, the most important in this house is the data redact, which will allow you to obfuscate directly productive data from those people who have requested, for example, the right to be forgotten or because, due to the legal requirement of the country or because of the agreements it has between a and a a company, to eliminate any type of sensitive data for all those people for whom they no longer have to have passed their retention period. Obviously, in the world, every legislation on private data is obviously different, but there are certain similarities in regard to, above all, for example, the nobility of the data that must be obfuscated, and above all the retention times for which certain data or what is the validity or how long a company has to keep such data. With both our tools and our services, we can help the customer to see exactly what data they need to act on and see exactly what masking and readaptation policies to develop to, let's say, meet all the requirements you have for creative data in your production environment. The case, in this case, will stand out for, as I said before, compliance, what is compliance with data privacy, and in that case for one for a company, let's say European, is the case of de Engie. Engie is a leader in the energy sector with and from in Europe, and currently employs more than ninety-seven thousand people. They have an ERP environment with an industrial utility solution, obviously, in this case, of energy. Well, they contacted us because they wanted, let's say, to review all their data privacy policies in their utility environment. What we did, then, was to implement the suite of tools, that is, both the data square and the data redact, and the data of the disclosed and the data return, well, were also in the package. Data square, very briefly, allows companies to find out exactly what data we have about the different individuals we have in our and our environments. See exactly where that person's data is, where it is located and in the SAP environment, and what are all the references to those people within what is the landscape. And with the late of retailing, well, what we do is let's say we establish the retention periods over which said data can be modified or not. In other words, if the retention period has already passed, let's say that the data retain makes it possible in a certain way that your said data can be modified, okay? So with the con let's say that with the combination of all these tools, well, let's say that we help the customer to comply with the different aspects of what the data protection settlement is. In this case, the French regulator and of course also with compliance with the rules of the European Union. Ok and another very important case in this case of a much more global customer is the case of Nestlé, where we also have a case study or a customer with obviously a SABA environment, a landscape with multiple systems, multiple environments and not only those we are not only needing, talking about traditional environments but also about environments such as SubsisFactors that are in the cloud and of course they are technologies that are not based on what we are used to with SAP ERP. Nestlé has, well, that is, a broad environment with diverse regulations to comply with. Nestlé is currently present in more than one hundred countries and therefore let's say that as part of the project, it therefore involved complying with all the liquidation for all these countries. So obviously each country with its requirements and with its let's say that with its let's say what peculiarities, because let's say that in this case we had to draw up masking profiles, very very versatile data coverage profiles. In some cases, well, maybe we even had more than ten conservation periods, right? Depending on the types of data that governments could request from us in each case. So, with their data pricing suite, we also put ourselves in the customer's hands to help them carry out this entire project in one in a three-phase project. In addition to the elimination of the functions that we provide with the tools, it also required additional services, that is, in this case, they also asked us for options to delete information or data and in addition to others, let's say other more flexible features to meet all the requirements at a global level. Thanks to our experience and knowledge, especially of the different models that we have in the ERP system, we were able to help them in a fairly simple way. Right now, let's say that everything, let's say that we are already in the last phases of what is the implementation, which indicates that the project would be completed at the end of November twenty-twenty-four, but well, due to other parallel projects that the client is developing, there are still, let's say, that some specifications to be fulfilled and therefore, well, we hope to fulfill it sometime in the end of this year. Very well, now we are going to focus on a very particular area of what the ERP world is. In this case, in what we know as the product usit for human resources. Until now, we have been seeing, above all, tools that are focused on the complete ERP, that is, both to the financial part, to the logistics part, to the accounting part, but we also have specific tools that, let's say, are designed to operate in the world of HCM, okay? First, of all, starting with the left side, well, we've talked quite a bit about the late Sync Manager, but, well, in the case of HCM we have what is the core solution, which is the OpTic Sync tool, to help customers copy and mask employee data between different environments. In other words, you can copy the number one thousand, two thousand, or maybe a group of, or a group belonging to a company, to a personal area, and you can copy them quickly and easily from your production environment, to the quality environment or to the development environment. Then, the other two tools that we also have as part of the core of the productivity suite. First, of all, we have the Query Manager, which is our reporting tool. It is a functional tool where functional users can access the system and create reports without having to have any kind of technical knowledge of what it is, for example, programming neither nor complex knowledge, simply through our application, because, you can create your own queries and also with the help of the document builder, an integration that we have within the tool, the possibility of making a query, an HCM report and publishing it in PDF format, that is, with the possibility of being able to do, for example, correspondence, letters, contracts, all of this integrated into the tool and with the ease of use for functional users so that they can create, well, all the reports that they, that is, that they want, okay? And then, like the last leg of this one, let's say that of this tripod, of these HCM solutions, there is the Variance Monitor, whose function is simply to help payroll experts to reconcile payroll between different periods or different environments. What APIXMonitor allows you is to compare payroll for, for example, the payroll for the month of April with that for the month of March, the month of March with that of February, and so on, and so on. And it also allows you to make, for example, payroll comparisons between a production environment and a quality environment, or even if you are now implementing SAP payroll for the first time, you can do what is, for example, the comparison between an external system through a file and the payroll that you are currently setting up in the environment of in the new SAP environment or, for example, in a paid employee center, if you are, let's say that you are engaged in planting those extracts, okay? It is a tool that is above all very useful when it comes to making variations because it saves a lot of time, it focuses mainly on discrepancies, that is, everything that is correct, let's say, that leaves it, let's say, that in a way, I will not say hidden, but also that in the background of the face of the user, and in such a way that it allows us to reduce all the payroll validation processes a lot of time for all those who have to even simply publish the monthly payroll and see exactly what the degree of compliance with the payroll between different periods. It also allows you to compare with simulated payroll, it is slower with the data you already have in the class, but also because you can launch the payroll driver in simulated mode and see exactly what the degree of completeness is between the two, in this case, between the results of the credits. Okay, so let's say that they are the main tools we have for the world of HCM and we are going to talk briefly about, well, in this case, a couple of cases where we have implemented these tools. The first one, well, is a client who really doesn't require too much protection, very similar at the baby level. BBC is also a global brand and of course it is the UK's public broadcasting service, which, well, are obviously based on UCAD, but obviously those channels and their products are seen all over the world. Several years ago we implemented Quary Manager in the on the SAP servers of the BBC, and little by little, we have gained the trust of the client, thus helping them to provide them with a tool that allows them to save time, effort and cost when it comes to generating reports for their daily tasks in the in the world of SAPHCM. Reports such as a comparison of payroll data, for example between genders to see exactly how much male employees earn and to see how much child employees earn and obviously to see what is the discrepancy between both groups, as well as the possibility of automating the generation of contractual information in a fairly powerful way. The BBC recently shared with us that they have already created more than fifteen thousand documents since we implemented the solution and they are a customer who regularly comes to our events and let's also say that it helps us to, let's say, to improve the solution with all the sessions we have with them. In other words, let's say that they are a customer who actually uses the tool in a fairly comprehensive way. And then, well, another customer from Andalusia has the HCM tools, in this case it's Mercado Libre, although good, here Mercado Libre has it above all, well, so they are mainly the added services that we have at and at FUS Labs. Until now we have been focusing mainly on the solutions we have, the products we offer, but we can also say that thanks to these solutions, to their power, to their versatility, to their, let's say to and to all the features and and other elements that are part of those solutions, the possibility of using the tools, then, to offer derivative and complex services for our customers. For example, in the case of the HSM world, let's say that we are able to do migrations thanks to the power of the tools and thanks to the experience and services we provide at Plus Labs. In this case, for Mercado Libre, the market, the first online market in Latin America, we helped them migrate their entire system that had DHCM in the ERP and moved them to employee center paper, which is SAP's payroll solution, which is the Sprout section. Thanks to our service, which in this case our cloud immigration service, which is called Prision, we took out all the payroll calculation system, all the payroll implementation they had, the scheme, the payroll concepts, all the configuration tables, and we looked directly at the SP system, so the customer didn't have to do any kind of payroll reimplementation of any kind. With our solution, with our methodology, we can help these clients to, let's say, to migrate their payroll from an ERP environment to a cloud environment, obviously saving time and effort and of course money compared to what would be an implementation of money from a new payroll in an environment in the And then we will also talk about a little bit of others, let's say other services that we also offer within what is the portfolio of of views labs. For example, solutions such as developing innovations for specific customer needs. In this case, for a customer from the United Kingdom, Averdale cables, what we did was develop a tool, an application in SAPDP to help them with testing solutions in mobile technology, which had to be integrated in real time with both the S Four Hannah and SAP. To the same personalized development team that we have, then, together with the collaboration of a sister company, G3G, which is the center mainly in the economic and financial fields, because we were able to develop a tool in SAPDP that facilitated and, of course, helped the client in this and in that process. If you are interested, then some of those tools we make can be found in the SAP App Store. And well, following and deriving from these services that we have mentioned, we have spoken a little briefly about the case of a company where we migrated from HCM, but also with the tools we have, we can also migrate to other environments of the complete ERP system, that is, we can do database migrations, for example, from the Mojana Hannah database, or for example, migration to the RAID, that is, to take the environment from on premise and move it to an environment in the cloud. This is, for example, how we helped a listening client to, for example, help this approach with this hybrid approach. With the DSM, then, let's say that we kept what were the systems more or less updated, reduced and, of course, as a basis for being able to migrate to the environments of, in this case, the cloud of those. And then, we are also going to talk a little bit about other options that we have in the section of what is transformation with with our SDT solutions. We have a client for Alis that we helped to, let's say, to get rid of companies that were integrated into the ERP. One of the things we can do for you with our solution and with our technology and services, is the possibility of making decisions on the part of the system for other environments. For example, a position, what we know as a cardout of companies. So, with a variable, what we could do was extract information from certain companies that, let's say, that the company was already going to, let's say, that it was going to get rid of, to sell to another bidder, and then we helped them to extract that information and get it out of the current production area. And this, of course, is not only focusing on the ERP environment, but also on other elite applications, such as, in this case, BBVA and also the GTS environment. We have many more cases in which we can explain to you how we can help them not only to look at or to separate said data from these environments, but also, for example, to help them with the question of migrating, for example, to the tone of S four with all the transformation and with of course using the potential of the tools we have in our body. Well, now we are going to finish what is the presentation of this webinar and well and simply with one with a question to all those who are currently seeing us now in this webinar. They have been able to see a little bit above how we have been able to help our clients, ours, together with our variety of partners who also obviously help us to bring these opportunities to our table. And I hope that, at least, with what we have taught you today, I can give you a rough idea of what we can also do for you. So, if, of course, if you have seen something that you found interesting, here we are and here we are, of course, eager to be able to help you to help or find ways in which we can collaborate with you to help you with the cases that will possibly be very similar to the clay we have demonstrated, okay? And, well, with this, well, let's say we finished the presentation and we have about five minutes left. Maria, I don't know if we have any questions before we close today's session. Yes, we have a couple of questions, Juanma. The first is whether the three tools in the HCM Suite go together or can be obtained separately. Very good, okay. Well, in the case of HCM tools, they can be purchased separately, that is, when we license, let's say we can do it individually. Normally the licensing of these tools, the cost, therefore, will depend mainly on the number of active employees you have. However, of course, we recommend purchasing the shows, since they are obviously quite useful, and of course, if you buy what is the full pack, you get a bigger discount when you give these licenses. Perfect, thank you. And the other question is, if Document Builder is associated with an electronic signature valid for Chile. Right now the Document Builder has support and integration with DocuSign, okay? Which is the main partner we have for document signing within what is the Document Builder. Other than that, what we are usually asking customers is that if they have any other electronic signature provider to tell us so that we can report it to the development team to see if how feasible it would be to integrate with that solution, okay? Right now, as I said, the main one we support is the Doc Site right now. Fantastic. Well, thank you very much, Juanma, for answering all the questions. At the moment I don't see anything else in the chat, but as I told you before, if you have more questions and as I said, let's go too, please don't hesitate to contact us. This session has been recorded and we will be sharing it with you in the coming days. It will be at the beginning of this week, it will be at the beginning of next week. Well, we are at your disposal if you have any questions, doubts or if you want to talk about any of the solutions you have seen today in greater depth. Thank you very much to everyone for the time you have with us today. Thank you very much, Juanma, for your presentation and have a good day. See you later. Thank you very much. Have a nice day. See you later.
