Position overview:

Our business, which provides leading software solutions and consulting services, is growing at a fast pace. To build on this momentum, we’re looking for Product Marketing Managers across various portfolios to be part of our Global Marketing group.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our technical Product Managers to analyze the market/client needs and experiences, determine how to articulate client challenges effectively, understand the products’ unique selling points, and help us to develop sales tools and marketing material, including writing technical marketing content. You’ll do product and competitor research, help to determine and implement the go-to-market strategy, and provide source material for sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with Product Managers to determine and implement the go-to-market strategy for a range of products/service lines, specifically developing messaging and market positioning
  • Perform market research, and act as the voice of the client by analyzing specific client concerns and communicating these internally, as well as understanding how our solutions solve these challenges
  • Undertake competitor analysis and product positioning, and monitor key market trends
  • Communicate the vision and value of products to marketing and sales colleagues, and develop tools that facilitate the process
  • Perform surveys, interviews and focus groups to obtain insights about the client’s product usage and buyer personas to tap new opportunities
  • Write technical content for sales and marketing purposes, including ebooks, white papers, blogs, lead magnets and web pages
  • Plan, develop and provide content for global marketing campaigns that can be leveraged by Regional Marketing Leads and Partners
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the broader team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Ensure that campaigns achieve expected results, and prepare activity reports and metrics to demonstrate outcomes
  • Identify improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Leads to support meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows, and ensure these are in line with the go-to-market strategy
  • Support the implementation of the company’s brand strategy.

Qualification required

Bachelor’s degree (or higher), or equivalent

Experience and skills required:

  • Extensive IT experience
  • Technical background in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software or similar
  • Understanding of SAP, SAP SuccessFactors and related systems
  • Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to work with multiple teams and departments across the business
  • Excellent market research skills and the ability to gain insight into our clients’ needs
  • Commercially driven mindset with demonstrable business acumen
  • Accurate analytical skills for evaluating and discovering effective marketing strategies
  • Experience in writing technical IT marketing and sales source content
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong client focus
  • Understanding of marketing principles and experience in implementing successful data-driven marketing campaigns

Position overview

Our business is growing at a fast pace, and to build on this momentum, we’re searching for a Marketing Coordinator to work in the European Marketing team, based in Manchester, United Kingdom. The position is focused on the Southern European market, and will then grow to also include specific product portfolios. The role includes a wide range of marketing functions: communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, events and social media.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will build and manage a plan working with our Sales and Marketing teams to grow new customer opportunities in our ALM and HCM products lines of business focusing on net new accounts and small customer growth opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to form and expand relationships quickly with individuals and organizations to drive new business. Reporting to the VP of Sales, The SDR will:

  • Be involved in the sales process with a corresponding Regional Account Executive, Marketing manager and VP of Sales
  • Execute against a quarterly quota of new opportunities identified and closed via contract execution
  • Help facilitate interaction between marketing and sales teams
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from mid-size companies to enterprise global companies running SAP
  • Perform sales activities such as phone calls and emails at a large volume

As part of the EPI-USE Labs’ Sales team, the Director of Latin America Sales will play a key role in helping expand EPI-USE Labs’ revenue growth through new product and services leads, and opportunities converted to new sales, for prospective clients in Latin America.  

We are seeking an energetic sales professional who is competitive, outgoing, articulate, and enjoys building strong relationships to grow their personal region. The ideal candidate will be able to drive new opportunities through personal networks, cold calling, meeting scheduling and marketing event attendance. We are looking for assertive and persistent hunters who want to grow our presence within Latin America. 

Responsibilities:

The Director of Latin America sales will build, manage, and execute a plan, working with our VP of Sales to accelerate growth in Latin America. This role is highly weighted toward new client acquisitions and net new sales, with some modest existing account upselling. This is a great opportunity for someone with enterprise SAP experience, and working knowledge of the Latin American markets, to help grow a team.  The preferred candidate will have existing partner, prospects, and SAP relationships. Reporting to the VP of Sales, and supported by an existing Latin America marketing and support structure, the Director will have autonomy to build a practice that suits the unique market needs and requirements of the region, and help EPI-USE Labs meet significant growth objectives in the Americas region.

The Account Executive will:

  • Learning the products and sales process for specific targeted market segments, prospect personas and line of business requirements to grow the EPI-USE Labs business and brand in Latin America.
  • Executing against an established quarterly and annual quota for new and upsell revenue.
  • Helping facilitate interaction between sales operations, services, marketing, and sales leadership to align region needs and support growth. 
  • Building and managing a pipeline of clients ranging from small, mid-size and enterprise prospect SAP companies.
  • Meeting required KPIs and sales activities at a large volume to support quota attainment.
  • Consulting and strategizing with VP of Sales to build and execute a regional growth and hiring plan. 
  • Becoming a product knowledge expert, bringing value-add to the sales process for clients and prospects. Supporting existing sales AEs to execute on pipeline building, deal closing and negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • College education or equivalent sales experience.
  • Latin American Sales experience a must. Minimum of seven (7) years.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Position is remote.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • History of exceeding quota in a similar role preferred.
  • Experience with SAP software applications (HCM, Payroll, ERP, S/4HANA).
  • Sales training certificates and courses highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts to bring value add during pre-sales and sales process.
