In the last five years, our regional services business has grown by over 400%, and now over 1,250 SAP clients use our software and solutions globally.

A brief introduction to SAP and our software

SAP® is sophisticated, multi-faceted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that is at the core of many global businesses. It allows corporations to manage big data across their system architecture. EPI-USE Labs provides software innovations and services, deeply integrated with SAP, that enable companies to mirror their systems, manipulate data in test and production environments, and transform their SAP landscapes for the future.

The ideal candidate will have significant SAP experience and knowledge of SAP HXM functionally, along with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. An appreciation of both business process and data structure in these system types is desirable. This person will learn about our software, and will be involved in System Landscape Optimisation (SLO), migration, data privacy, and reporting and analytics projects. We are a company in strong growth, as part of a group of companies (groupelephant.com) with a large pipeline of work. Career opportunities will be very good for the right candidate.

We are a technical company that understands the functional side of SAP, so welcome applicants from either SAP functional or SAP technical roles. We will train you to become a master of both. For this role we are seeking a driven and highly-motivated professional capable of:

  • learning about our software for consulting engagements
  • speaking at events and engaging in pre-sales
  • self-discipline and managing a complex workload
  • significant travel around Europe (when Covid-related restrictions ease).

The essential skills and characteristics for this role are:

  • a minimum of six years’ SAP experience
  • SAP HXM data model knowledge
  • fluent written and spoken English
  • the right to work in the UK and/or EU.

The desirable skills and characteristics for this role are:

  • knowledge of a second European language (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian)
  • knowledge and experience of coding in ABAP or any other common programming languages.

EPI-USE Labs’ employees need to be self-sufficient, disciplined and outgoing people, who enjoy travel and working with a diverse set of businesses and clients. We operate a distinctive managed services business, differentiated by our unique Intellectual Property (IP) and highly experienced, committed individuals. Although there can be frequent travel, working life at EPI-USE Labs offers great flexibility and, over time, allows you to carve your own professional pathway.
