Our expertise is backed by world-class support. Our global support team operates in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Afrikaans and Dutch, providing 24-hour support every working day. All software and user manuals are available in English, with the option of German, French and Spanish for the most popular products.

Our software’s diagnostic log equips support personnel with specific information to simulate a problem scenario and ensure a quick resolution.

It operates as a conglomerate comprising 11 trading brands and a portfolio of emerging businesses, employing circa 4,200 people across 42 countries and serving over 2,000 of the world’s largest corporations and public sector agencies, and licensing software to over 1,900 organizations worldwide.

Group brand EPI-USE, the world’s largest and most experienced independent SAP HR/Payroll specialist, localized and maintains 42 SAP Payroll local country versions, over 40% of the worldwide country coverage available on SAP Payroll.

1% of revenue to Elephants, Rhinos & People (ERP)

Group Elephant owns and funds a non-profit entity, called Elephants, Rhinos & People ('ERP') focusing on the preservation of at-risk Elephants and Rhinos in the wild in Southern Africa.

Our model is predicated upon creating wildlife and ecotourism economies through private-community partnerships. Our projects are carefully selected based on their potential for preservation and protection of threatened elephants and rhinos, and for the creation of powerful economic engines that can alleviate poverty among rural people.

We fund the operating costs of the not-for-profit operations, run them like businesses, and channel 1% of our overall revenue into this program. There is a 100% pass-through to the beneficiaries of the projects undertaken by our not-for-profit teams.

Beyond corporate purpose

EPI-USE Labs is a member of Group Elephant, which employs over 4,200 people and is largely employee-owned. Group Elephant also owns and funds a non-profit entity called Elephants, Rhinos & People (ERP) focusing on the preservation of at-risk elephants and rhinos through the economic upliftment of rural people in areas adjacent to these threatened species. 1% of our revenue is channelled into the ERP program.

Bees, honey and elephants

Beehive fences, set up as a natural barrier around rural communities and farms, take advantage of elephants' fear of bees to protect crops from free-roaming elephants. As well as providing protection against elephants, the beehives produce raw honey, creating employment and an income stream for local communities.
