California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)


The CCPA only applies to residents in California. Complete the form to opt out of the sale of your data as per the CCPA.

The CCPA defines the selling of data as follows:

‘Sell’, ‘selling’, ‘sale’ or ‘sold’ means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer’s personal information by the business to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. CCPA 1798.1409(o)(1)

Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. CCPA 1798.140(t)(1)
