This role is for a Global Product Delivery Consultant responsible for the successful deployment of, and training on, a wide variety of EPI-USE Labs solutions. Your responsibilities will vary on different projects, from completion of technical tasks, to communications lead for the engagement. You will be expected to work collaboratively with your counterparts to ensure that tasks are completed, and the delivery status clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge for specific EPI-USE Labs' products
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in our own and others’ software development, as well as advancements in data and software solution technologies
- Understand SAP's roadmap, and how our software and services align or complement latest updates
- Be able to understand and work with a variety of different types of people, and get the best out of others
- Be empathetic to the role of sales, consulting, product management, engineering and support within a product business
- Excel at communication in multiple environments
- Liaise with our internal team to drive improvements in process and software
- Take a genuine interest in helping organisations to solve difficult problems using our technology.
Essential skills
EPI-USE Labs consultants need to be self-sufficient, disciplined, and outgoing people, who enjoy working with a diverse set of businesses and people. This role has enormous potential for growth as EPI-USE Labs requires excellent consultants in multiple global service lines. The successful candidate will gain broad knowledge of SAP across ERP, SRM, CRM, SCM as well as continued development in their own specialist field. For this specific role, it is mandatory to meet these requirements:
- At least five years of experience in IT industry
- At least three years of experience of working with SAP, with demonstrable understanding of ERP applications
- Good functional understanding at a high level across multiple ERP modules, with Logistics or HR modules being of particular interest
- Team player, and capacity to collaborate with the internal and external partners
- Ability to present to, and interact with, all levels of a client organisation
- Fluent English language speaking and writing skills
- Fluent language skills for the market in which you will work.
Desirable skills
- Experience in implementing and using EPI-USE Labs software
- Understanding of, and demonstrable capability in, the software delivery lifecycle
- Additional languages to a fluent standard
- Knowledge of both SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ABAP consultant, with reasonable Basis knowledge.
Background to this role
This role will be part of the Global Product Delivery group.
In the last decade, our professional services teams have expanded rapidly. The professional services related to standard ‘off the shelf’ use cases of our software are delivered from one global group, called Global Product Delivery, which also delivers pre-sales for this set of products. The aim of this group is to allow individuals to gain experience in new areas, in line with their personal development plans and objectives, with the right support from senior colleagues, while simultaneously ensuring the quality of delivery is of the highest standard.
We also offer a wide range of uniquely software-powered transformation services – primarily for SAP clients – where we execute a wide range of transformation projects such as M&A SLO transformations, S/4HANA & Payroll selective data transitions, privacy and clean-up projects (and test environments data scrambling), and functional transformations.
