My name is Ian Naylor and I work for Engie Business Services. The challenges we had before we implemented Data Sync Manager were around the reliability and quality of our test data. It had not been refreshed for several years, it was being manually manipulated to make it suit certain scenarios, it was very labour intensive, it was very time intensive and it was prone to error. The benefits of bringing in Data Sync Manager were that we could reliably and quickly deliver consistent test data to our systems that wasn't manipulated to suit certain scenarios and that couldn't meet the criteria we needed without technical intervention so it's actually a tool that's used by the business to deliver their own test data so they can understand and manage their test data more reliably, more quickly. The guys themselves are fantastic and very supportive and also the tool itself allows the business to tailor their functionality to their needs so they can more accurately streamline and understand what they need to do with that test here and how they can manage it.
