About the webinar:

The impact of the COVID-19 Coronavirus has caused numerous disruptions to workplaces around the world. IT and HR teams are equally affected by these unprecedented circumstances, with one of the biggest challenges being the management and reporting of changes to benefits, workforce and payroll.

Companies are looking for ways to measure the impact of COVID-19 on their business. They need to be able to track data such as Hazard Pay, Location Liability (the risk to specific departments with office closures), Overtime Reports, and Staffing Shortages.

As the situation evolves, the EPI-USE Labs team is here to help employers and employees through crucial changes to HR and benefits, with sophisticated reporting for SAP & SuccessFactors systems.

Watch this webinar to see a series of reports we have developed in response to COVID-19 and its impact on HR & IT departments, including more about:

    • Recruiting Report: Examples could include staffing shortages by location, job openings
    • Formatted Reporting: Produce documents for your employees and associates reflecting your policies and the consequences to your employees in formal documents with data from your ECC/ECP systems.
    • Evaluations for healthcare and public sector organizations: Understand use of facilities, employee engagement (in terms of time and payroll), and complete cost of reporting to understand differences in “Business as usual” (BAU) and the new BAU under COVID-19 pressure.
