Bulletin Board: This acts as a news feeder for messages, including images and video, that HR wants to share with employees. Messages can be sent to individuals, groups, or the whole organization. The HR Administrator accesses a Fiori Admin app to create the content, which is stored in a data model consisting of SAP Organizational Objects and relationships.
COVID-19: Employees can request site access, while the country’s COVID-19 regulations can be adhered to.

Org Viewer: With this app, managers can view their teams in a graphical user interface. This application can display any SAP ERP structure, and enable context-based actions on nodes, for example to submit a HR process on behalf of an employee.
Where’s My Team: Interactive map displaying employee locations based on Travel Request destinations, organizational address or Geo location when using the Expense Claim app.
Create Position: Request the creation of new positions or change existing positions.
Request to Recruit: Initiate a requisition for recruiting an employee.
Employee Transfer: Request the transfer of employees from one position to another.

Expense Claim: Access existing requests or create new expense claims which can be linked to your travel records.
Document Viewer: View any Adobe PDF report generated by an ABAP program, for example IRP5 tax certificates.
Pay Stub Viewer: Enable employees to check and manage a digital version of all their pay stubs issued by the company for each payroll period. This extension of the SAP Standard Paystubs app enables on-behalf-of access via the Org Viewer app.

Work Schedule: With this app, the employee can request a change to his or her Planned Work Schedule.
My Clocking: This app is used by the employee or manager to register clocking entries, including geo-fencing abilities.
Availability/Standby: Enable employees to request Standby allowance by specifying Fixed time or a Daily work schedule.
Overtime/Attendance Quota: Enable employees to request Overtime quotas by specifying Fixed times. Submit multiple items to one request.
Attendances: Employees can request Attendances like Training using the Attendances app.
Absences: Employees can request Leave using the Absences app. This app differs from the SAP Fiori My Leave Request in that it is fully compatible to submit requests via the Org Viewer app on behalf employees and also allows for multiple items to be submitted in one go.
Time Recording: Managers and Time Administrators can use this app to register employees for clocking.

Personal Data Update: This allows the employee to send a request for changes to the Personal Data infotype (IT0002). It can be set up to require an approval process. Supporting documents can also be attached.
Address Data Update: As above; the employee can request an update to the Address infotype (IT0006) with associated approvals and documents.
Bank Information Update: As above; the employee can request an update to the Bank Information infotype (IT0009) with associated approvals and documents.
Family Members/Dependents Update: As above; the employee can request an update to the Family Members/Dependents infotype (IT00021) with associated approvals and documents.
Personal ID Update: As above; the employee can request an update to the Personal ID infotype (IT0185) with associated approvals and documents.
Communication Details Update: As above; the employee can request an update to Communication Details (IT0105) with associated approvals and documents.
Employee File Viewer: Display, upload or delete files linked to an employee that were stored via the SAP system.

Request Browser: With this app, the administrator can track the progress of workflow processes and also perform maintenance actions on requests.
