Role: Data Privacy Engagement Coordinator

SAP, data privacy and our software

SAP® is sophisticated, multi-faceted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that is at the core of many modern businesses. SAP allows corporations to manage big data across their system architecture. EPI-USE Labs provides software innovations and services, deeply integrated with SAP, that enable companies to mirror their systems, manipulate data in a test environment and transform their SAP landscapes for the future. This includes, for example, providing software for selective data client refreshes, data privacy solutions in Production and non-production, data on demand and, other data-led solutions.

Because of the interrelated data model inside SAP systems, complying with new global data privacy laws presents a challenging problem for our clients. The consumer and marketing data, which used to be viewed as a valuable asset, is now a liability if not managed securely and in a compliant manner. EPI-USE Labs and our partner companies provide specific solutions for access risk, data scrambling, data access requests and more.

Data privacy is a growing market which we are investing in, to maintain our reputation for leading technology and grow our client base.

About the role

With this new service, a new coordination role has been identified to design, build and run the engagement with clients opting for this service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with project set up and close down, working with the resourcing team and consultant to ensure that correct documentation is in place to manage scope and delivery activities
  • Managing the engagement timeline ensuring that scheduled data reviews, changes and build upgrades are planned, resourced and delivered effectively
  • Centrally maintaining service delivery versus scope, and highlighting deltas for commercial review
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all tickets raised under the service, identifying the relevant resources for resolution and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Client post care, feedback and lessons learnt coordination
  • Working with the leadership team to ensure sufficient resources are available in all required time zones and languages to provide required service
  • Maintaining estimates versus actual effort spent on projects and reporting to leadership team
  • Assist in project updates and maintenance for these projects.
