Role: Senior Sales Executive: Nordics
Position overview
EPI-USE Labs is continuing to expand across Europe, with a particular focus on the Nordic region. We are now looking for a dynamic, degree-educated individual to join our team and drive sales of our proprietary software and related services, including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Data Security and Privacy, primarily in SAP. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly successful boutique software company during a period of strong growth.
Leveraging our unique intellectual property, we provide specialist professional services which span a range of services, from software implementation to complete hosting and managed services. A client-centric focus enables us to have a 97% retention rate, with over 1,800 global clients covering a range of industry sectors including Retail, Utilities, Finance, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Publishing and Public Sector.
EPI-USE Labs people need to be self-sufficient, disciplined, and outgoing, with a genuine enjoyment of travel and working with a diverse set of businesses and people.
Responsibilities
- Close software sales and generate revenue for implementation, training and consulting services to reach quarterly and annual revenue objectives
- Management of client accounts to ensure successful of adoption of solutions and ongoing utilisation to enhance the business
- Manage the partner-based business, and increase our channel sales
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximise win rate in high-value opportunities
- Create, enhance, and manage business relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities
- Proactively and creatively understand client needs; identify solutions to client requirements
Qualification required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience and skills
- Proven, successful track record in SAP solutions and services sales
- Knowledge of EPI-USE Labs solutions a distinct advantage
- Excellent understanding of SAP technology and applications (such as S/4HANA, RISE with SAP) and forward direction
- Fluent in English, Danish, and demonstrating willingness to do business in Norwegian and Swedish
- Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills and able to present to large audiences ranging from professional SAP users to CIOs
- A team player, supporting colleagues and a good working environment, and able to continually provide feedback into the sales process
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Eager and keen for continued self-development
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- The ability to travel freely within the region
