Our iHost and iHANA offerings (optimized for HANA) are built on industry-leading hardware and software, across multiple geographic regions. We provide simple-to-use, simple-to-consume cloud resources, plus geo-redundancy for the most critical workloads.

Which top-tier global data centers do we use?

Our partners for hosting data centers are Equinix and Teraco. Equinix provides top-tier data centers that meet or exceed Tier III standards, the highest commercially available data center rating as measured by the Uptime Institute. Teraco is the only provider of resilient, vendor-neutral data environments in Africa.

We use Fujitsu and VMWare to provide shared IT infrastructure resources for all x86 SAP workloads and any possible non-SAP workloads. Fujitsu provides pre-defined, validated and pre-tested reference architecture combining Fujitsu Servers, storage, network connectivity and infrastructure management software.

We have adopted the Information Security Management Systems and Controls from ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 that govern the management, development, and operations of SAP platforms. We’ve undergone multiple, rigorous independent audits by an accredited certification registrar. We have been awarded ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 certification and SOC 2 assurance reports, or Service Organization Control 2, and have also implemented the requirements of the HIPAA/Hitech(AT-C 105 and AT-C 205) legislation.
