About this webinar

With the current strategy around SAP HCM developments, many organizations find they are running systems that include some on-premise HCM data while running some modules over to SAP SuccessFactors. This hybrid setup introduces more complexity for reporting on your SAP HCM data.

You may find that you have some data on-premise and other data in the cloud. Sometimes there is data replicated between the systems and other times the data may be different between the systems. IT teams need to control which system is the system of record. Reporting on all the data is a necessity.
