Role: Marketing Co-ordinator: Japan & Korea
Position overview
EPI-USE Labs is looking for a skilled Marketing Co-ordinator to focus primarily on the Japanese market, with additional responsibility for the Korean market. This role involves a broad range of marketing activities, including content creation, digital marketing, event management, and branding.
We are seeking a locally based, multilingual marketer who understands Japanese business culture and is comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and presales teams. Familiarity with Korean business culture is also beneficial, as the role will involve some co-ordination for our presence in Korea.

Responsibilities
- Translate and localise product brochures, client success stories, and web content into Japanese (and Korean as needed).
- Co-ordinate and manage the creation of Japanese corporate webpages, with additional support for the Korean version.
- Set relevant KPIs for marketing in the region, to be reviewed and approved by the regional Executive and Head of Global Marketing.
- Develop effective marketing campaign strategies and an annual marketing plan for the region to maximize sales and profit growth.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales, presales and other stakeholders, and provide instructions for use or promotion.
- Co-ordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and digital media in accordance with Global marketing guidelines.
- Execute HubSpot activities to support campaigns (e.g. email templates, workflows, segmentation of lists, reporting etc.).
- Co-ordinate events, conferences, webinars and partner-driven initiatives. This includes branding booths, liaising with conference organizers, organizing giveaways, creating content for invitations, and managing the HubSpot activities needed pre-, during, and after the event.
- Support lead generation and contribute to early-stage pipeline development.
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, translation AI, content generation tools) to increase productivity, while checking for quality/accuracy.
- Support the implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
- Liaise with our global in-house agency to co-ordinate tasks, as well as supporting the ongoing development and updates of marketing collateral.
Qualification required
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing (or equivalent)
Required skills and experience
- Native-level Japanese and fluent in English; Korean is a plus for daily collaboration with global team.
- Strong writing, translation, and communication skills in Japanese and Korean.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or content localization.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to Japan/Korea for business (up to 30%).
The following would be an advantage
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software marketing.
- Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem is an advantage.
- Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to manage tasks independently.

- Location in Japan or Korea (Remote work available).
- Market-related salary, taking qualifications and experience into account.
- Language Requirements: Native Japanese, Fluent English, Fluent Korea (optional).
