Role: Product Consultant (Archiving)

Position overview

EPI-USE Labs is a technical company that understands the functional side of SAP. Our Archive Central™ solution is a role-based, secure web solution to give business users access to historical data for queries, reporting and comparisons. Using our proprietary technology for extraction from SAP,  Archive Central maintains object views and domain information to allow simple display by business users. It provides a differentiated view of SAP data; however, it is not only limited to SAP.

We are seeing a high use case and interest from our clients completing S/4HANA migrations, and having end-of-life legacy systems which require archiving. We are expanding the software offering to manage live Production system archiving and recall. As part of this expansion, we are looking for somebody who can help with the development of services, marketing material, pre-sales support and direct service delivery. This will be a varied role working with our Global Products team, ultimately aiming to upskill our regional delivery teams once processes are standardised and documented. Both contract and permanent employment terms will be considered for this role.

As a global role, it is expected that travel will be required as part of this role, as such we would want someone in a mobile position who is able to travel as needed.  30% of time is expected for travel, although this may increase.

For this specific role, it is mandatory to meet these requirements:

• Minimum of five years of SAP archiving experience, and having completed two or three archiving projects
• SAP ILM / SARA experience
• Strong communication and client management skills

Desirable skills

• English, plus one other language
• Experience of SAP FI in both ECC and S/4HANA
• ABAP debugging or writing experience for at least simple reporting
• Archiving Skills of Data Archiving, Retention, and understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance.

Position, compensation and benefits

The role will be a contract or permanent role employed through any of our primary employment countries.

A competitive salary will be offered, and flexible benefits (including a mobile phone allowance and working from home stipend) and bonus options linked to the amount of billable time built up with our clients.

Periodic travel will be required on an ad hoc basis.
