Role: Senior Sales Executive, Sweden

What you’ll do

  • Own a territory account plan for Sweden, covering both net-new logo acquisition and growth within existing client accounts.
  • Run regular business reviews on your territory, tracking pipeline health, forecasting, and progress against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and advance a qualified pipeline from early prospecting through to signed contract, including leading commercial and contractual negotiations directly.
  • Act as the connector across the wider team on each opportunity, which entails coordinating with pre-sales, partners, and delivery/customer success so the client gets one coherent pitch, not a handoff.
  • Manage and grow our partner/channel relationships in Sweden to expand indirect sales alongside your direct pipeline.
  • Build a genuine network of SAP and HCM decision-makers in Sweden, thus focusing not just on live opportunities, but also on relationships that create the next one.
  • Coordinate naturally with the Nordics-wide team where opportunities or accounts span multiple countries.

Why this role?

You'll be given real ownership of a growing market rather than a fixed script. Swedish expansion is a genuine strategic priority, not a side project. As such, you'll have room – alongside a wider Nordics team already established in Finland and Denmark – to shape how the territory is built. You'll also be selling on the back of a 97% client-retention rate and 40+ years of specialist SAP expertise, which gives you a credible story to open doors that a newer vendor can't. Beyond the deal itself, you're also representing a company that puts a share of what you help generate into Elephants, Rhinos & People (ERP), a non-profit we fund and run ourselves, supporting both wildlife conservation and the rural communities living alongside it.

Must-haves

  • Proven track record of enterprise SAP solutions or services sales, ideally with a quota you can point to and explain
  • Comfort with running the full sales cycle yourself – from prospecting through to commercial negotiation and close – rather than handing off at any single stage
  • Fluent English and fluent Swedish
  • Existing network of C-level or senior SAP/IT decision-makers in Sweden

Nice-to-have

  • Direct knowledge of EPI-USE Labs' specific solution set (ALM, HCM, Data Security)

Position, compensation and benefits

  • Full-time, permanent, remote working from Sweden (part-time considered)
  • Salary: Competitive, benchmarked against the local market for this level of experience, and confirmed during the interview process
  • Uncapped commission
  • Home-working / mobile allowance
  • Private medical, pension and insurance benefits
