Role: Senior SAP Transformation Consultant

Position overview

We are seeking Advanced Consultants with a strong interest and aptitude in solutions architecture.

Role holders will be Subject Matter Experts across relevant EPI-USE Labs solutions* and will lead and support consulting projects using our proprietary PRISM process. (*New hires may have no prior EPI-USE Labs product knowledge, but equivalent SAP experience is valuable).

Our people lead by example, supporting colleagues and clients, and are commercially minded, able to spot growth opportunities and build positive relationships. The role requires flexibility to travel 5–25% of your time to client sites (occasionally Monday–Friday) and work from home as needed to align with global projects.

Responsibilities

  • Capable of key roles in PRISM consulting projects, providing high quality delivery and support from initiation to hypercare.
  • Supporting solutions architecture.
  • Identifying and facilitating opportunities for the growth of EPI-USE Labs’ business on a client basis.
  • On request, attending events as requested to speak to clients, partners and our internal staff.
  • Coordinating with the resource office and PMO to support effective utilisation of team members across PRISM projects; tracking and documenting project progress.

Qualification required

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science & engineering disciplines; or additional five years in industry working with SAP.
  • SAP Certifications of any type.
  • Database administration certifications.
  • Cloud certifications.
  • Data, reporting, ETL or related solutions certifications.

Experience and skills

  • Minimum of five years of SAP experience.
  • A minimum of six years in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of collaborating with colleagues to deliver complex solutions for clients.
  • Experience of working a minimum of four SAP Project lifecycles.
  • Able to apply knowledge of at least two key area of SAP – technical and/or functional – relevant to PRISM in a consulting context.
  • Confident to lead solution delivery on complex PRISM projects.
  • Excellent understanding of the SAP data model and its delivery.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills including in client-facing scenarios.
  • Scoping and workshop skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to optimise and improve process and solutions.

Desirable skills

  • Confident to apply knowledge of EPI-USE Labs suite of products relevant to PRISM.
  • Able to architect solutions in the SAP ecosystem.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP Landscape management: e.g. the workbench, transportation system, client structure, SolMan/CALM and how SAP and non-SAP systems integrate and interact.
