It's about collaboration and networking. Everybody's really approachable, and they treat you as one. And I think that's really key.
Other customers can come up and tell their experience on how they use the products themselves too and I can correlate with their situation. For me it's about being curious and always wanting to connect with your peers in the industry, and also for EPI-USE Labs to offer us a platform to engage and discuss some of the challenges we face within our organizations. Meeting people, getting information from professionals, and not only the theory, but also how to do it really hands on.
To hear about new developments, gaining some knowledge, and for the first time also sharing some knowledge myself. Wonderful. Inspiring.
Energizing. Inspirational. Informative. That inspired me.
If an opportunity comes up and I don't really have a solution, I always think about EPI-USE Labs to see if they have something in that space, or are they willing to partner with me on something. Everybody's going through different journeys, but there's always somebody else that's going through that same journey. So I think to share that experience is just it's invaluable. At our heart, EPI-USE Labs is a product development company.
That's where we started. But we build products to solve real world problems. And those real world problems are our clients' real world problems. So it's an opportunity to listen, to get feedback, to connect with old friends, and to make sure that we're heading in the right direction.
