How it works

Details of the process:

Step 1: You activate a SAP User Trace on your system, to record authorisation usage. Instructions will be sent or brief screenshare to set parameters and filters and activate STUSERTRACE.

Step 2: After two months of authorisation usage collection, you will be sent instructions to download the Soterion Data extractor, and then upload files to the Soterion Portal.

Step 3: A feedback session is arranged with you to show you:

• Current FUE exposure, clean-up potential, and minimum FUE requirements.
• Examples of mis-classified users and roles.
