"My name is Chris Bourgaize, and I work for Specsavers, and my job role is Payroll Systems and Reporting Team Leader. So our team primarily looks after the payroll system. A lot of the data, the reporting, and submissions to HMRC and to the various local governments. So we've got about thirty thousand on our payroll - that is spread across the UK and Ireland - and we use EC Payroll, Query Manager. We use it for various reportings for different areas of the business; so for the Pensions team, for data quality checks, for submissions to pension regulators; for accounts reconciliations."
