We needed to maintain the quality. SAP systems are fundamental to Vodafone’s operations; we’re in quite a strict compliance environment, so maintaining the quality, maintaining the controls, but increasing the cadence and speed in which we deliver needed a programme…EPI-USE Labs was key in supporting us along this journey. The fact we’ve done it, we are now live, and we’re running releases every eight weeks…is testament to what the team have achieved, and it can be done, and in a three-tier landscape.
