The Isle of Wight Council moved to the cloud with EPI-USE Labs two years ago. We check in with them to find out what is next on their roadmap.

The team at EPI-USE Labs have made it easy for us…they are all very easy to work with and very knowledgeable…it’s been quite smooth, and I think it’s all down to their expertise and professional ways…Speed is quite critical when you’re dealing with processing in SAP. With a lot of our other systems that are in-house hosted…we haven’t been able to maintain the same speed throughput levels that the SAP systems have. That’s been really pleasing, and it’s made our life a lot easier knowing we haven’t got to worry about that, or any concerns that there might be issues with that. With the knowledge that they have got of the system, they have been able to advise and guide us, and help where needed, which has been very useful for us. We’ve just renewed our contract with you for another three years…that was a no-brainer, we were more than happy to do that.
