Success guaranteed with Data Sync Manager

Our client chose EPI-USE Labs’ Data Sync Manager™ (DSM) suite to overcome their system challenges. Using System Builder™, Client Sync™ and Data Secure™, all components of the DSM suite, the solution was implemented in three phases:

• DSM for ECC and SRM
• DSM for S/4HANA
• DSM for S/4HANA FAM (Financial Asset Management)

First, System Builder was used to develop a new system, transferring the repository objects and independent data from the source system (Production). Then, using Client Sync, we exported the customisation, master data and transactions from the original system to the new one, filtered by time. In the final phase, we used Data Secure to mask data in the new environment, maintaining privacy.

This approach optimised the system implementation, and ensured the DSM solutions were used effectively.

Rapid creation of secure, customised clients

EPI-USE Labs' solutions achieved the rapid creation of clients with customised and reduced data in record time. In addition, data confidentiality was ensured in non-production environments, masking sensitive data and thus complying with GDPR.

Company leaders can now upgrade their non-production environment in an agile way, with masked data, resulting in cost savings in S/4HANA and a much more efficient use of disk space. This transformation enabled uninterrupted execution of projects and processes, with no disruption to operations, and no impact on other business projects.
