Basiq Dental has better test data and happy users thanks to DSM

Basiq Dental is a dental depot. We sell goods to dental professionals. We're located in the Netherlands, in Belgium and Germany. At Basiq Dental we are still growing and we want to be the smart online dental depot. I think we are constantly trying to improve our business and I think that is also why we chose for Data Sync Manager because you can only improve by working with quality data. Before we had Data Sync Manager we had to create our own data. We had to rely on our third party to make a system copy. The disadvantage from that was that they had to make a full copy of our production environment. So it took A) a lot of time and B) a lot of size on our hard disk. I had to make my test scenarios and I need test data for that. And it took some time to get the right test data to test my software developments. We want to decide what and when we want to copy from the productive system. We want to have it in time, we need to have it quickly. And we don't want the full size of a productive system. We were informed by a partner of ours to get in touch with EPI-USE Labs because they had a product which could fulfil that need. Well, the benefits that we get from using Data Sync Manager is that we quickly have test data available. That means I could start a job to get the data from the production system for the coming night And then tomorrow I can import the data into the development system. So in two days I can have Test Data in my development system. I think the ease of use is really great. It also makes a small slice of the productive system, which also helps that we don't need all the disks. Quality of data which has improved considerably and we have happy users. We do use Data Sync Manager six times a year. Every two months we have the data refreshed and then we copy it to our test system and to our development system. I can use the test data again and when the users of the system have to do some tests they can go to the test system with accurate data and do an acceptance test on developments I have done on the system. Data Sync Manager is very useful for people to have reliable data when they want it. When you need a reliable tool, we would advise Data Sync Manager.
