Role: Senior Marketing Manager: Latin America

Responsibilities
- Set relevant KPIs for marketing in the region, to be reviewed and approved by the regional Executive and Head of Global Marketing.
- Develop effective marketing campaign strategies and an annual marketing plan for the region to maximize sales and profit growth.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales and other stakeholders, and provide instructions for use or promotion.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and digital media in accordance with Global marketing guidelines.
- Support the implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
- Execute HubSpot activities to support campaigns (e.g. email templates, workflows, segmentation of lists, reporting etc.).
- Report on the results of marketing campaigns by using HubSpot data, as well as other reports that include conference and webinar analytics.
- Liaise with our global in-house agency to coordinate tasks, as well as supporting the ongoing development and updates of marketing collateral.
- Execute regular marketing administrative tasks such as maintaining the marketing calendar and budget spreadsheet, reporting, competitor reviews, and updates/information.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and webinars. This includes branding booths, liaising with conference organizers, organizing giveaways, creating content for invitations, and managing the HubSpot activities needed pre-, during, and after the event.
- Monitor and report on the performance of activities and campaigns as required.
- Take part in the global marketing community.
Qualification required
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing (or equivalent)
Required skills and experience
- The ability to think creatively as well as strategically to develop marketing campaigns.
- Sound knowledge of social media marketing.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation tools (creating email templates, managing lists, reporting, creating and managing complex workflows and other activities).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work towards targets and within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in an agile/fast-paced environment and react quickly within pre-approved processes/ guidelines.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritisation and organisation skills.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
The following would be an advantage
- Experience in the SAP ecosystem.
- Advanced copywriting and translation skills.
- An understanding of the software sales cycle.

- To travel to the office for monthly meetings or special occasions. Other travel can include attending User Group events across Latin America and SAP conferences.
