Basiq Dental’s challenge: poor test data and process

Basiq Dental faced a simple challenge:

They needed quality test data in their non-productive environments without the long wait for a full system copy
They wanted to improve their testing process by having production quality data, but with a reduced footprint

Before we had Data Sync Manager, we had to create our own test data. We also had to rely on a third-party supplier to make an SAP system copy. The disadvantage of that is that they had to make a full copy of our production environment. This took a lot of time, and also took a lot of space on the hard disk

We now use Data Sync Manager six times a year. Every two months, we have data refreshed, and we then copy it to our test system and our development system. The development team can use the test data again, and when the users of the system have to do testing, they can go to the test system with accurate data and do an acceptance test on developments that we have done to the system
