Lengthy process of system integration for updating and visualizing data 

Pronaca's SAP HCM system was using Boomi as the integration middleware. The lack of consistency of the integration required numerous manual processes, which made it a lengthy and time-consuming procedure.

The integration was executed every three hours and did not provide real-time monitoring, which made it difficult to track and manage operations. In addition, the quality and accuracy of master and payroll data relied heavily on manual tasks. These included downloading and comparing files from SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central with Payroll tables to ensure that salaries and salary components were correctly updated. Creating specific comparison tables made this process particularly time-consuming, laborious and error-prone.

Optimized reporting and data management with Query Manager

Query Manager has been a very effective solution for Pronaca. This tool facilitates real-time reporting and data visualization, making it easy to identify where to correct or extract information to design reports.

Using Query Manager, Employee Central and Payroll data was stabilized, which facilitated the creation of formulas to detect discrepancies, such as differences in cost centers. This allowed alerts to be generated, errors to be corrected and data to be reintegrated, ensuring validated and accurate reports in both SuccessFactors and Payroll.

During the implementation, personalized face-to-face training was offered, allowing any client queries to be resolved quickly. Access to the Client Central portal with documents and tutorials complemented the learning process. EPI-USE Labs also offered continued support for the effective development of reports.

Efficient migration of Payroll to the cloud with Variance Monitor for validation

The company undertook a project to migrate its Payroll system to the cloud, including all HCM data, rules, parameters and functionality. To validate Payroll results before and after the migration, EPI-USE Labs' Variance Monitor software was used, which allowed the client to compare each payroll concept. It facilitated and accelerated the process, ensuring the reliability of the information and significantly reducing the testing time in the new version of SAP.
