As you evolve to an intelligent enterprise for HCM, you have many options for reporting, analysis, and planning. Let’s look at those options, including a sample view of the output of each.
It has been exciting to watch customers evolve on their HXM digital transformation from SAP on-premise ECC HCM (HR and/or Payroll) to SAP SuccessFactors HXM and the cloud. Probably the most exciting announcement in this reporting space in 2023 so far has to do with Datasphere. SAP launched Datasphere in March. What SAP has also done this year is simplify the messaging for the options for customers in the HCM/HXM space. I have started with those SAP slides presented at SAPPHIRE 2023, and I made modifications and included examples – and most importantly links – where you can go to learn more about each.
