Hello. My name is Liana Mossberg. I'm the excellence manager of SAS services. Together with a colleague from IT, I was the main project manager of SaaS migration to SAP cloud. Today, I'm gonna talk a bit about the background for the project, the scope, how we did it, the status of the day, and lessons learned. SAS have employees in eighteen countries around the world. We have three main hubs, which are situated in the capitals of Scandinavia. We have thirty two, unions. We have two fifty pay scales, we have a large diversity in the employee group with shift and non shift, blue color, white color, clock, and no clock. Our goal with the migration was to replace paperwork and excel sheets with automated workflows, global standardized processes and a user friendly self-service. We wanted to drive efficiency to give easy access and enable mobility for our employees that are traveling a lot. What we wanted to achieve was a SaaS people platform for our employees based on the needs in the organization, knowledge from talking to reference customers, and implementation partners we decided to split the project into three phases starting with the phase zero for process mapping to know our processes were a great value for us through the whole project in phase one we implemented recruiting, off- and onboarding, master data, and salary planning In the second phase we implemented learning management, performance and goals, succession, and career development and the last phase, phase three where we worked with FPUs we implemented payroll, ECP payroll for Norway and Denmark, time and attendance, secure follow-up and open text DocuSign In phase zero our process mapping we interviewed stakeholders from all business area in the three main hubs based on the process mapping we analyzed where we could replace manual work with self-service and automated workflows to drive efficiency our business case was partly built on this walkthrough In December twenty nineteen we went live with phase one and in September twenty twenty we went live with phase two In phase three, where we were working with FPUs, we migrated payroll for Norway to ECP cloud from our SAP r three legacy system and implemented FPUs employee central payroll for Denmark, including payroll control center. Together with FEU's we also decided to implement workforce time solution, open text contract generation and digital archiving and HR productivity suite for reporting Today all our payroll specialists are trained in running the payroll control center We have been running ECP payroll since May and we are well within our KPIs with approximately ninety percent seven correct salary. Time management is in production. We are working on decommissioning our legacy system and historical data are moved to the digital archiving solution from FPU steps. So this is our new solution now, a people platform that supports our manager and employees from hire to retire where employee data flows from recruiting through onboarding into ECP payroll no double registration and a payroll solution that can handle thirty two different union agreements and one hundred and fifty pay scales but also is feeded from compensation with incentive salary and salary reviews for individually paid employees. We learned a lot through this project. As I mentioned earlier, our pre project process mapping added value. We think taking the assessment service at an early stage reduced the risk of unpleasant surprises. Change is hard and it's happening over time. We are still working on this. Allocation of key resources on both side is important. Secure roles and responsibilities between vendor and customer, make sure the scope is clear and be sure you have a common view on how your requirements have been met before the implementation starts. Overall, we discovered the move of payroll with Sprint smoothly, and we had no major issues. All our data were taken care of and we are happy to run payroll in our new system. This is what I wanted to present today and if you have questions please don't hesitate to contact me on my email address or phone number. Thank you.

Our pre-project mapping process added a lot of value, and taking the free PRISM assessment early in the process reduced the risk of unpleasant surprises. Change is hard and it is happening over time - we are still working on this. Overall we found the move of payroll with PRISM went smoothly and we had no major issues. All our data was taken care of, and we are happy to run payroll in our new system.
